OOC: A lovely little AU post where Cor is a Vampire Hunter. There's two phases to the kind of hunter he is:
A) Human!Hunter - Default setting for Cor in any kind of Vampire/Urban Supernatural AU scene. His family is his world's equivalent of the Belmont Clan, but they're not the gung-ho 'all monsters must die' types. Rather, Cor lives by his family's motto of keeping the peace between humans and Things That Go Bump In the Night. That means that he's just as likely for smacking radical hunters for going after innocent vamps as he's likely to go after the evil vamp overlord for enslaving humans and were folks alike. Definitely a Peacekeeper, albeit grumpy and just Done with everyone's shit on his bad days. Possible scenarios, though not the only ones:
1) Trying to keep his fellow Hunters from causing more trouble with their newest 'crusade' against the Supernatural
2) Investigating weird shit going on with vampires/weres/other Supernatural beings
3) Dealing with the delicate politics of the local vampire/were/fae 'court'
4) Oh No, he seems to have adopted/been adopted by some poor fledgling/werepup/baby 'monster' that he just saved
5) Oh No, he's fallen for a vampire/were/other Monster, even though Hunters aren't supposed to...!
B) Relucant!Vampire - Older!Cor, where he is reluctantly turned while trying to help a certain Chosen One fulfill a world-saving prophecy. He only joined the undead for the sake of the Greater Good, and fully intends to let himself pass away as soon as he finds someone worthy of carrying on the Leonis Clan legacy of Peacekeeper Hunters. Possible scenarios, though not the only ones:
1)No, he's not Evil - stop that, stupid new Hunter!
2) Yes, he's gonna be That Asshole and insist that you treat your 'prey' nicely.
3) ...you really want him to nibble on you?
4) He must deal with someone who is Begging to be turned by him.
5) Oh No, he's fallen for a human! But do they love him back? (Extra: And would they want his kids?)
